There is no limit on the amount of email accounts you can create/ migrate and provision on a single domain name we host - you just need to purchase each individual email account.

You can also mix and match different email plans on the same domain too.

Yes we can migrate existing email accounts (migration service is free; you will only be billed the yearly email hosting fee per email) and if there are multiple email accounts they all need to be migrated at the same time.
